Some people might think that this message is so basic, that it is not worth mentioning. The truth is that it is so important, that we should be asking it of ourselves regularly throughout each working day!
When asking the question “what is my job about”, anyone who does not instantly know that it is to serve customers, needs to be refocused or redeployed!
Unsatisfied customers rarely complain- They just do not come back…………
